The Anker Prime Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1, MagGo, AirCool, Dock Stand), model A25X7, is Anker’s flagship charging stand for iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods. It went on sale in the US around the end of September 2025.
Don’t confuse it with the A25N1, a cheaper foldable Anker Prime 3-in-1 launched in February 2026. The A25X7 is the one with the display and the cooling system.

Anker’s compatibility list doesn’t yet mention iPhone Air, iPhone 17e or this month’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. Apple rates iPhone Air at 20W and iPhone 17e at 15W over Qi2. Neither Apple nor Anker lists 18 Pro or Duo results for this stand yet.
Why the cooling matters
Wireless charging generates heat, and iPhones throttle charging speed when they get warm. So a charger’s rated speed isn’t always what you get over a full charge. The A25X7 pulls heat from the phone with a thermoelectric plate and exhausts it through a fan. It’s Anker’s answer to the question of whether you’ll actually get the speed on the box. TÜV has certified it for low-temperature wireless charging, according to Anker.
What independent reviewers said
Reviewers who used it agreed on two points: the fan isn’t a problem, and the price is.
- Fan noise: Macworld found the fan “pretty quiet”, and Gizmodo didn’t bother changing the fan setting because it was already quiet in its strongest mode.
- The display clock: Gizmodo reported the clock drifts and doesn’t handle US daylight saving time.
- Price: How-To Geek headlined its review “Way too expensive”. Gizmodo couldn’t see paying $230, and Macworld’s main criticism was the premium over cheaper 25W stands.
Price and value
At the $229.99 list price, it’s hard to justify. In practice it’s rarely sold at list: Anker’s own store shows it at $139.98 as of 21 September 2026, and it has been seen at $134.98-$149.99 at major retailers in December 2025 and April 2026. Best Buy currently lists it at the full $229.99, so shop around.
At roughly $140, it’s a reasonable buy if you want all three devices on one stand and value the cooling and the display. At full price, a simpler certified Qi2 25W 3-in-1 stand does the core job for less.
Who it’s for: iPhone 16 or 17 owners who charge on their desk every day, want the full 25W, and will actually look at the display.
Skip it if: you have an iPhone 15 or older (you’re capped at 15W, so the headline feature does nothing), or an iPhone 16e (not compatible).
